Terms and Conditions of
Service
My
terms of service can be read and downloaded by clicking below (pdf file).
On
receipt of your border I will
send an email confirmation that will contain all the booking
and contact details, and instructions for payment. Once paid,
it's booked.
If the Booked Service is
Cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of service
then the following charges will apply:
If the Cancellation is
received before 48 hrs: no
charge or full refund
It the Cancellation
received between 12 and 48 hours ahead: up to 50% of
the cost
It the Cancellation
received less than 12 hours ahead: 100% of the cost
If passenger is a no show or
declines the service booked: 100% of the cost
Changes sent
overnight or outside office hours (10.00am - 10.00pm Jakarta
time) are deemed received 10.00am on the next day.
The meaning of the term "Cancellation" includes a major amendments
such as a change of time, flight, terminal, or day, or a reduction
in the number of passengers (except for car hire where number of
passengers does not usually effect the price)
Short notice bookings (less than 24 hours) may also attract a surcharge:
if any, it will be advised when you order and before payment is requested |
